Aggressive horrible staff.

My boyfriend and I went in to return a damaged item that was still under warranty. The shop staff got really nasty and aggressive, couldn't get a word in! They then basically told us they weren't interested and to get in touch with the manufacturer. The manager was extremely aggressive. We are currently seeking the advise from Trading Standards with regard to their refund policy.
